Cabot Volume Purchase Agreement

HOUSTON – April 11, 2005 - Cabot Oil & Gas and Geotrace announce the completion of a volume purchase agreement to include multiple time processing, depth imaging, and reservoir services projects.

The agreement covers multiple gulf coast and Gulf of Mexico prospects; with Geotrace to begin work immediately on 3 projects consisting of amplitude preserving preprocessing, depth imaging and reservoir services.
