Executives

	Bill Schrom, CEO Bill Schrom has served as CEO of Geotrace since December 2003. From August 2001 until December 2003, he served as President of Geotrace's Europe, Africa and Middle East division. From January 1999 through September 2001, he was CEO of Reservoir Technologies, Inc. Prior to that Mr. Schrom worked for Western Geophysical and Western Atlas from 1981-1998. He was Senior Vice President Eastern Hemisphere from 1995 to 1998 based in London England. From 1991 to 1994 he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Western Geophysical. From 1981 to 1991 he held a variety of positions in Houston, London and Bogota Colombia. Mr. Schrom has a Masters Degree in International Business from The American Graduate School (Thunderbird) and completed his undergraduate work at Bowling Green State University. He is a member of the SPE, SEG and EAGE.
	Denby Auble, COO William D. (Denby) Auble has over 25 years experience in the seismic and reservoir description business. After completing BS and MS degrees in applied mathematics at New Mexico Tech, Denby worked for Western Geophysical for 18 years around the globe including positions as Sr. VP Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, Sr. VP Western Hemisphere, and Sr. VP Technology. During this time he gained extensive experience in all phases of seismic acquisition, seismic data processing, and applied technologies in reservoir description. He was a founder and Vice President of Reservoir Technologies, and is presently Chief Operating Officer of Geotrace. Denby is a 25 year member of the SEG.
	Jesse Perez, CFO Jesse Perez joined Geotrace as CFO in May 2004 with over 26 years of experience in the geophysical industry. Prior to joining Geotrace he was Vice President / Controller of Flow Products Inc., a division of Precision Castparts Corporation. From 2001 until 2002 he was CFO of NuTech Energy Services, Inc. Mr. Perez served as CFO of Reservoir Technologies Inc. from 1999-2001. From 1980 through 1999, Mr. Perez held a variety of financial positions with Western Geophysical Company in Houston and Singapore, including Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Vice President/Controller. Mr. Perez has a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Houston at Clear Lake City and is a CPA in Texas.
	Gary Yu, CTO Gary Yu has served as Chief Technology Officer of Geotrace since March of 2010. He joined Geotrace in 2006 with over 30 years of experience in the oil industry, serving as Vice President of Reservoir Technologies until March 2010. He holds a M.Sc. in Geophysics from the University of Oklahoma. Gary started his career in seismic acquisition and processing, and gained broad experience in time and depth imaging, integrated interpretation, reservoir characterization and production. He has worked in various technical and managerial capacities including Exploration Manager and Chief Geophysicist for companies including Exxon Production & Research, Superior Oil, Elf Exploration and Total. Gary has published many papers on processing, AVO, inversion, pore pressure prediction, and interpretation. He is a member of SEG, AAPG and EAGE.
